Frequently Asked Questions

General

Discover how Infinity Shower’s innovative recirculating system works — delivering comfort, efficiency, and a clean shower every time.

  • A recirculating shower is a shower system that recirculates water in a vertical pattern.  The water leaves the shower head, goes down the drain, through a pump , through a series of filters, through a heater and then back out the shower head.

  • 1 gallon of water is recirculated allowing you to enjoy an endless, hot shower, guilt-free.

  • Yes - our system has the capability to heat your water to well over 110 degrees. On average people find that a hot, comfortable shower temperature is between 102 - 105 degrees, some slightly warmer depending on their personal preference. You can check out our extensive temperature test to see how long the Infinity Shower stayed hot - hint: it stayed hot for over 30 minutes!

  • Recirculated water passes through a series of filters starting with a filter in the drain to catch large debris, a UV sterilizer that kills bacteria and a micron filter. We recommend using our Infinity Clean Cycle solution once per week.

  • The Infinity Shower automatically adds just 1 gallon of water from your fresh water supply — giving you peace of mind that you’re conserving water while still enjoying a long, hot shower.

  • The Infinity Shower is designed and manufactured in the United States. Our headquarters is based in Atlantic Beach, Florida.

  • We recommend using our specific Infinity Shampoo and Body Wash when you are in recirculation mode. Developed in partnership with Stream2Sea, a company dedicated to protecting our oceans and waterways, this readily biodegradable, low-suds formula is safe for you, your Infinity Shower, and the environment. Unlike conventional soaps that can cause buildup in the filtration system, our specially formulated soap keeps your water loop clean, your skin refreshed, and our planet’s waters pristine.

Learn how conventional shampoos affect you and the environment —and why we encourage our customers to switch to a readily biodegradable alternative.

Shower maintenance

The Infinity Shower is designed with simplicity in mind. With quick-access filters, straightforward cleaning steps, and durable components, keeping your system running smoothly is effortless.

  • Weekly
    1) Clean the reusable micron filter every 5–10 showers or about once a week.

    2) Add Infinty CleanCycle once per week and after every trip before storing your rig. Simply add 8 drops of Infinity CleanCycle to the shower pan while in recirculation mode and let the cleaning solution run through the system for 10 minutes, then drain.

    Every 3 months
Deep clean once every 3 months or as needed: add 1/2 gallon of vinegar or 1/2 gallon of diluted bleach to the shower pan, recirculate or 2-3 minutes, drain, then recirculate with 1 gallon of water to flush and clear the system.

  • The Infinity CleanCycle is $32 USD. To order please visit the product page
